"Thank you Building EMT for responding immediately to the fire at Sands Point Condominiums.  About 10 minutes after I arrived to the fire, April and Sonny were there.  They immediately began to assess and obtain information from residents and fire department.  They took the time to talk to the residents that were impacted by the fire as well as help me understand what was going on and what I needed to do, all the while telling me not to worry.  They handled the situation efficiently, professionally and remained compassionate and sensitive to the residents.     I was approached by other contractors seeking a new project and I quickly responded by saying "My team is already here and they will take care of everything."   You are my team and I appreciate all the support and knowledge to assist Sands Point COndominiums through this tragic time."

“On behalf of Daytona Beach Community College, I wanted to Thank You for your prompt action and support in the wake of the tornado that devastated our DeLand Campus on Friday, February 2nd. Keeping students in class is the number one priority for any college and at first glance, it appeared that we would be closed for at least a week. But with the support of Building EMTs, we were able to piece things together and be open for classes on Monday, February 5th.
Dr. Sharples always preaches that life is about relationships. We have always had a good relationship with Building EMTs and you certainly stepped up to the plate in our time of need.
Thank you again for all your help. We would not be open for business right now without you!

Sincerely,
Peter X. McCarthy

This is to congratulate you and your team for your enormous efforts, work ethic, and performance in rehabilitating our storm stricken community following Hurricane Ike on September 13, 2008. The storm damaged our homes, clubhouse, and left the landscape in a mess. The next morning the Board of Directors and I, scheduled an emergency meeting to come up with a plan to repair the damages, no contractors were available, for obvious reasons, and we were still in a state of shock when you walked in. Your Emergency Management Team came to our rescue and provided us with a total management package, clean-up, temporary repairs, and recently installing a new roof. Our homes are beautiful again, thanks to you and your team.

Truly Yours,
Patrick Truman
President
Summerhill Townhome Association

"I contacted Building EMTs prior to Hurricane Ike hitting Houston, so they would be available to visit my properties following the storm. Not only were they on my properties soon after the rain had stopped, but were in constant contact from that day on with my board of directors, homeowners, as well as myself, helping us through every step of the way of getting many lives back to normal. Building EMTs is a very professional team of experts and I feel very fortunate to have a business relationship with this organization and look forward to using their extensive levels of service for many years to come"

“Brevard County School District and the Phase II RE-roofing team would like to extend their sincerest thanks. Completing the project AHEAD of schedule and without incident, allowed Satellite High School to open on August 10th with a completed roof project.
The utilization of manpower and performance was an extraordinary effort, to complete the project over the short summer break, avoiding unnecessary exposure to a highly sensitive child.

“The Department of Construction wishes to thank you and the employees for your efforts in the reroofing of Carver Middle, Jefferson Davis, Jupiter High, Boca High, Suncoast High, and Westward Elementary Schools.
You and your company consistently performed the highest quality of work and demonstrated integrity and professionalism in your dealing with District and School personnel. All projects were completed on time and within the project budget. Your personal involvement with the projects exemplifies concern about quality and reputation which I find refreshing, as well as rare, in the construction industry today. We look forward to the opportunity to work with all of you again soon.

“We have worked (with you) on three school projects with a total value of approximately $3,000,000.000. Each project was for a different school district, of varying size and scope, but in every case, the result was a successful project.
In summary, we look forward to a continuing successful working relationship on future projects and would gladly recommend you to anyone as one of the high quality contractors in the area.
