1. The process of recording an existing structure or dwelling for storage on a remote source.
Building EMT's can now help protect you by recording videos of your interior and/or exterior building. These videos will record, store and save or "Vidigate" before and after shots for future use to protect you in the event of a disaster. Your insurance company will be able to access these before and after photos that will help document your contents and valuables in the event you do not have the necessary documentation to valuate these items (i.e. receipts or invoices) Your important documents are also stored in a pdf format on this site for current purchases, warranties, receipts, and policies. Note: this site is username and password protected.
How the process works:
We video properties, including condominium buildings and individual units. We then set up an individual portal on a web site that the association / unit owner can access in the event of a claim. We will also come out and do the “after” photos. The before and after photos can be accessed by adjusters to evaluate/expedite the claims process.
